The building is 22,575 square feet. 9,450 SQFT containing the Sass-A-Lodge^SM boarding facility, Boomer's Day Camp^SM, our dog day care, Dylan's Doggy Spa^SM our grooming and bathing center, restrooms, as well as office space. 13,125 SQFT is dedicated to training and special events.

Sass-A-Lodge^SM and Boomer's Day Camp^SM are equipped with special Heating, Ventalation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. Each system brings in fresh air from outside and expells the inside air. In addition, each system is equipped with Ultra Violet light boxes in the return air ducts which irradiate the returning air and kills many airborne viruses, including the canine flu virus.

The building has parking for 75 cars and minivans and separate fenced areas for day-care and boarding dogs for good weather play.
